Pre Job Walk Through
Our project manager will walk around the house with the homeowner pointing out specific areas of concern and confirm project details as well as warranty. Setting clear expectations is the best way to make sure you are providing outstanding service. If you fulfill all the customers’ expectations, then you should be a referable company in their eyes.
Keeping the Crews Happy
Obviously those doing the actual work will have a huge impact on the homeowner and the success of the job. It’s important you work with the crews on a consistent basis in order to get consistent work out of them. You need to treat your crews right and in turn they’ll treat the job and the homeowner with excellent care.
Post Job Walk Through
This is super important because it’s the last thing we do before asking for the “gold”. It’s our opportunity to walk around the house and address all those key areas that we paid extra close attention to. It’s also where we authorize the warranty and make sure there is nothing else we can take care of before leaving.
